WHY HILT

THE DIFFERENCE IS IN THE DETAILS.

A three-dimensional glove shape. A washable silicone surface. An interior selected for the work in front of you.

Shaped around a hand.

Liquid silicone is formed around a 3D hand mold, creating flexible fingers and a natural working shape. The result is intended to feel more supple than a flat-molded silicone mitt, with a roomy gauntlet rather than a skin-tight fit.

A surface made for messy days.

The silicone exterior wipes and rinses clean. Its texture is designed to support grip in wet or greasy conditions. The shell provides a water barrier, but the cuff remains open and must stay above liquids.

Insulation where it belongs.

The matching insulated supplier model combines the shell with a soft acrylic/polyester lining and publishes 250°C contact-heat guidance, with brief exposure up to 350°C. Unlined and Comfort versions do not inherit that rating.

Useful facts, clear limits.

The supplied lined-model specification lists BPA- and latex-free materials and approximately 0.4 kg per pair. HILT-specific food-contact documentation and EN 407 test details must accompany the final product. Cut, puncture, cold, and welding ratings are not established by these references.
